GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – HAZEL EQUESTRIAN

1. Acceptance

Any order placed on the website www.hazelequestrian.com implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), which the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted in full knowledge of the facts.

2. Conditions relating to the purchase

These terms and conditions apply to all sales concluded by Hazel Equestrian Sàrl with non-professional buyers wishing to purchase the items offered on www.hazelequestrian.com.

The client declares that he is over 18 years of age and has the legal capacity to contract, or is a minor acting with the express authorization of his legal representative, in accordance with Swiss law.

3. Price

The prices displayed on www.hazelequestrian.com are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

For orders outside Switzerland, customs duties or import taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Hazel Equestrian reserves the right to correct any price that is clearly erroneous (bug or technical error).

4. Products

The products offered are those visible on the website on the day of the order, subject to available stock.

In the event of unavailability after ordering, Hazel Equestrian will inform the customer by email. The item will be cancelled and refunded, while the rest of the order will remain valid.

Descriptions and photographs are provided as accurately as possible but are not contractual.

5. Order

The validation of an order constitutes a sales contract within the meaning of art. 184 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations.

Hazel Equestrian reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, payment problem or incorrect customer information.

The customer agrees to provide accurate information for delivery and invoicing.

6. Warranty
6.1 Legal guarantee (defects at the time of receipt)

If a defect is found upon receipt, the customer must report it within 5 days to info@hazelequestrian.com, in accordance with art. 201 CO.

The product must have its seal intact.

6.2 Commercial Warranty – Manufacturing Defects (365 days)

Hazel Equestrian offers a commercial warranty for a period of 365 days from the date of purchase , covering manufacturing defects .

In the event of a recognized defect:

  • replacement of the item with a new item (same model or equivalent), or

  • Issuance of a credit note for the amount of the product, usable on the website.

The following are not covered:
– normal wear and tear,
– misuse,
– damage caused by improper washing,
– unauthorized modifications or repairs.

7. Delivery
Time limit

Hazel Equestrian strives to ensure prompt shipping. However, it cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Preferential rates for Switzerland and France are automatically displayed during the payment process.
For other countries, shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

8. Payment terms

Accepted payment methods: PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, TWINT.

9. Cancellation

The customer can cancel their order within 2 hours of purchase by writing to info@hazelequestrian.com.
The refund will be processed quickly.

10. Returns & Refunds – Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 30 working days from receipt to return the items at their own expense.

  • Items to be returned must be new , unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

  • attach a blank sheet of paper with personal information and, if necessary, bank details

  • keep the proof of sending

Items not conforming to these conditions will not be refunded.

Refund within 5 to 10 days after receipt of the return.

The customer is responsible for the use of the products.
Hazel Equestrian cannot be held responsible for misuse or improper handling.

12. Newsletter

Subscribing to the newsletter is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.

13. Intellectual Property

All site content (texts, photos, logos, visuals, art direction, design) belongs to Hazel Equestrian Sàrl.
